Joshua

Joshua is very sincere about his employees, and he truly cares for them. He makes sure that our Content Team is always updated and empowered through our weekly workshops.

I’ve always been lucky with my employers and Joshua is not an exemption. He is very considerate and professional and most of all he is very humble. He trusts our judgment.

I can't say enough about Joshua. He is a good boss, leader, and a friend. I'm pretty lucky that I started out this journey with him as the leader. He's pretty direct in what he wants and when he trusts someone, he really goes all in. He always believes in me that I can tackle anything that is presented in front of me. When I'm feeling not confident enough, he will be there pushing me to realize my potential. And yeah, I dig his humor. LOL.

Joshua is an open and honest boss because he lets us know what's going on with the business and how the company was doing. He is dedicated to his work which is a positive example for all of us. He also appreciates our work and gives feedback and advice that gives us an opportunity to be better in our professional growth.

Joshua is a true team leader. He spends the time and actually enjoys to work with us and show us cool feature, softwares, and other tools. He makes both clients and team members feel at ease, no matter the crisis. Joshua is always busy and yet always available, truly a paradox.

He is very considerate, professional and always teaches us new ways to improve ourselves. The most amazing boss ever. :)

Joshua started out as a boss who has become a mentor to this day. He has an inexplicable faith in me, for which I am always grateful. He has a brilliant mind which I always marvel about, an incomparable work ethic I can only hope to match, and a passion for Paradox and his team. I hope to help him achieve his vision of the future – for Paradox and everything else that grows from it.
