The Situation

Complete Office Fitouts is a Sydney-based commercial fitout company servicing clients across NSW, delivering everything from full end-to-end office builds to individual partition and make good works. Despite a strong operational track record, the business identified that their digital presence was no longer keeping pace with the quality of work they were delivering on the ground.

The website had accumulated significant technical debt over time — running on an outdated WordPress installation that had experienced repeated security incidents and lacked the ongoing maintenance needed to remain stable and reliable. Alongside this, key conversion tools including form submissions and phone call tracking were not functioning consistently, creating gaps in the business’s ability to capture and respond to inbound inquiries in a timely manner. Access and ownership of the site’s backend also sat outside the client’s direct control, limiting their ability to make changes independently.

From a brand perspective, the site no longer reflected the calibre of projects the business was capable of taking on. The existing image gallery lacked context and structure, and without supporting case studies or clear service descriptions, the site was not effectively communicating the company’s full scope to prospective clients, whether they were a small business seeking partition work or a corporate client with a large-scale fitout requirement. The absence of properly configured analytics also meant there was no visibility into how users were engaging with the site or where opportunities were being missed.

What Paradox
Marketing
Did

The transformation was executed in a deliberate sequence: reclaim control, rebuild the foundation, then optimize for conversion.

1. Asset Reclamation, Hosting Migration & Content Strategy

Before any design or development work could begin, Paradox Marketing secured the client’s digital assets. The site was migrated from its third-party-controlled server to a managed Paradox Marketing hosting environment, restoring full administrative autonomy to the client. A full “Noah’s Ark” backup of the old site was taken as a reference to ensure no content or pages were lost in transition.

With a stable foundation in place, the team then turned to content strategy. Rather than rebuilding the site around technical service specifications, Paradox Marketing conducted an Iceberg Analysis to restructure the content architecture around industry applications. This reframed Complete Office Fitouts as a solutions provider rather than a trade contractor, making the site equally accessible to a small business owner requesting a $2k partition and a property developer overseeing a $500k commercial floor plate.

Overall Results –
A Fully Operational Sales Tool,
Delivered in 60 Days

Complete Office Fitouts has seen a steady and accelerating rise in organic search traffic. According to Ahrefs data tracked from late February to mid-April 2026, average organic traffic climbed from near zero to a peak of 24 visitors per week with the estimated organic traffic value reaching $80, its highest point on record. Both metrics have trended sharply upward through April, signalling that the rebuilt site’s SEO foundations are beginning to gain meaningful traction.

This snapshot from Ahrefs shows a positive and increasing organic visibility trend for Complete Office Fitouts from late March to mid-April. While higher-ranking positions (like 1-3) are not yet represented, the chart clearly shows steady, sequential growth in visibility for lower-ranking positions (represented by the blue and grey areas on the right side of the graph). This uptick suggests that current optimization efforts are gaining traction and the site is beginning to move up in organic search results.

The project successfully restored the lead pipeline by ensuring 100% form reliability, with new SMS notifications and Twilio/Zapier integrations allowing for near-instant prospect callbacks, a critical competitive edge.

Beyond lead flow, the transition to secure, managed hosting granted the client full ownership of their digital assets for the first time.

This technical foundation is paired with a modern design and structured Case Studies that elevate brand credibility for both SME and enterprise pitches. Finally, the implementation of GA4 and GTM provides essential data infrastructure, offering the business complete visibility into traffic and conversion performance that was previously non-existent.
