Systems Administrator / Technical Services Engineer

Responsibilities
– Administer and manage DNS, Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint), and Google Business environments.
– Deploy, configure, and maintain Ninja RMM for remote monitoring and management.
– Oversee antivirus solutions and ensure endpoint security.
– Provide technical support for Windows and Apple devices.
– Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot VPNs and remote access solutions.
– Maintain detailed IT documentation and follow industry best practices.
– Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies.
Qualifications
– 5+ years as a Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, or similar.
– Expert-level knowledge of DNS, Microsoft 365, Google Business Suite, VPNs, and IT security best practices.
– Hands-on experience with Ninja RMM deployment and management.
– Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments.
– Experience in systems documentation and IT process optimization.
– Familiarity with HIPAA compliance (preferred but not required).
– Industry certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, etc.) are highly regarded.
