We are looking for a new member or two for our content team.
We like to think we are a fun group of content marketers, with a passion for innovation and teamwork.
Our team is composed of members from Indonesia and the Philippines.
We are currently not accepting applications from any other country. Please do not apply if you are not located within one of these two countries.
We run a completely remote team, and you can work in your own time, as long as you get some overlap with other team members and maintain a predictable rhythm. Some of us are night owls, others are early risers, but we all make it work.
We pay 13th Month, as well as penalty rates (150% of hourly rate) for overtime when needed (though you are never forced to).
We really need someone who will be with us long term.
Not looking for anyone who is freelancing on the side, or only looking for temporary or part time work.
After the first trial month (which is paid at $500 USD) we will conduct a performance appraisal and see if your salary should be increased, based upon your skill and the work ethic you’ve shown. We then perform an appraisal and salary renegotiation every 6 months for your time spent with the agency.
We are committed to providing continuing professional development as you build your career with us.
40 hours per week is the expectation.
A content team member at Paradox Marketing takes on a wide range of tasks.
We holistically view content work as being made up of:
Text – prose, cta’s, emails, blogs, social posts, landing pages, any message powered by the written word.
Design – how the message is presented visually
Distribution – how the message is presented. What medium is in place (Print, Website, Social, Email) , and how are we making sure we are getting the right messaging to the right people.
Whilst we have separate teams for design and development, we expect our content team to at least understand their peers’ roles, and how their responsibilities intersect with one another.
We view content marketing as a highly collaborative team activity, and above all, as a role which can adapt and change with you as you grow personally.
All things content really. We welcome entry-level experience – we have training SOPs in place to make sure you get the proper training you need during your first month with us.
We require native-level English language skills, in both written and spoken.
We have regular team workshops in which you will be expected to be able to actively participate in spoken English.
